There are 7 stages of confidence that we all go through.

Some of the stages in the middle can be particularly frustrating because it feels like you're regressing.

But this is all part of the process. You're on track.

In today's episode, you'll learn how to identify what stage you're in and navigate from each one to the next.

The 7 stages of Confidence:

1. Zero, Insecurity, Fear, No self-worth/self-love

2. Awareness, and fearing own thoughts

3. Self-judgement (very frustrating b/c trying to get out of this)

4. Understanding (less self-judgment)

5. Pushing, slip out of being present and almost forcing or trying too hard, lacks true vulnerability still (frustrated)

6. Acceptance, staying with self, can feel lower, but experiencing a fuller range of feelings without shutting down or distracting

7. Love/Joy, the first reaction to having your own back (non-defensive, not escaping). THIS is confidence.
