We often rush to change the situation when we feel insecure.

When we feel lonely we pull up Grindr, so we can feel connected.

When we feel fearful before a conversation, we reschedule it for later.

But these actions always keep you dependent on changing the situation to feel better.

In todays episode I teach you how to take actions that boost your confidence instead of worsening your insecurity.

You’ll need to get in the habit of asking yourself, “Am I doing this to escape? Or am I doing this to care for my needs?”

Caring for your own needs doesn’t always feel that good, because it might require you to do the more uncomfortable thing.

So today I’ll lead you through the process of questioning, and then taking action that builds your confidence.
