Last week we talked about getting rid of negative thoughts. This week I'm going to share with you the most difficult obstacle you'll encounter in the process: cognitive dissonance.
Cognitive dissonance is a mental clash. It's holding two opposing beliefs at the same time. And it is what's required in order to change your thinking.
Cognitive dissonance is extremely uncomfortable, so today I want to give you some tools to make it across the river of misery.
