Ep #11 Turning Shame Into Confidence w/ Chloie Jönsson

Today I am honored to have Chloie Jönsson on the podcast.

Chloie is a Transwomxn who's had a tremendous impact on the world of fitness. We met through The OUT Foundation where she serves as the President of the board of directors.
She's been a key player in opening the doors for transgender athletes to compete in the division which matches their gender identity.

But my main reason for having Chloie on today is to share her journey to confidence.
She's been open on social media about her past additions which she had used to cope with her own insecurity.

Through sobriety, she's become an advocate for mental health and addiction recovery.
And though her journey was tough, Chloie exudes confidence and self-love. You won't see an insecure bone in her body!
